Broadbeach Waters has been my favourite place to live it has everything, waterfront living, pacific fair shopping, broadbeach restaurants and nightlife and so much more. My FAV I LOVE BBWATERS!

Nothing to do for Bogans. Heaven for the rest of us.

It is pretty far from everything that is happening on the Gold Coast. Far from good schools, decent shopping, and the buzz further south. It literally in the middle of nowhere. Great for an older set looking to retire I guess.

Nothing to do? Are you serious? There is so much to do here you could be busy for a lifetime! If you think it is over-priced and over-developed, then just maybe there is a reason for that - most people disagree with you!
