"A true village in the heart of Bayside Melbourne"
Broadway is the BUSINESS! Such a fun street. Was scared about moving in there as thought it would be too busy, but it is terrific - manages to retain a sense of being the heart of Elwood, whilst still knowing half the neighbours. And in a fab spot - close enough for long beach walks and runs, a meander down to the 'village' (with a butcher who knows your name and a grocer who opens the door for you), and a couple of bars within stumbling distance. People are passionate about Elwood and with good reason.
