"Ideal location, overall cosy"
Apartment I currently live in is extremely big and extremely cheap. Frustrating this about this street is the primary school is so damn loud! Alarms going off during the day with random music played at food breaks and before school starts. It's ideal for location though. If you work full time, you won't even know about the noise throughout the day. On street parking is unsigned so great for guests or if you have multiple cars. Overall recommend. :)

"cute and cosy"
I used to spend a lot of time on this street. There are houses as well as gorgeous art deco flats. It's very close to some small shops including a fab bakery cafe on Tennyson St and it's also close to the beach. It's quiet and peaceful with sea breezes and lots of trees.
