great friendly street,very little traffic, nice and quiet and safe for kids to play. people take pride in their homes, gardens and lawns are neat and tidy.

At Campbellville Circuit we are protected by a Deed of Coverant - most people keep to the rules, however, we now have about 40% renters who often do not appear to have been informed of the rules; which causes problems when breaches are made ot the rules down the track - most problems involve caravans, boats and parking on the nature strips - dumping of ruubish has been a problem although this is now under control. We have an excellent team of council workers who supply and look after tree/shrub planting on the nature strip/footpaths. Plenty of birds but cats are currently a problem which the council is addressing!
