"Fantastic inner city terrace living"
Cardigan St is a block from Lygon St (an Italian district famous for it's restaurants) - yet it is also situated close to the university so you get the appeal of cheap student eats with the not so cheap eats.
I highly recommend Cardigan St - it's close to trams, buses and it's walkable to the city.
