"THE AVENUES IS GREAT"
I have sold several houses in this street over the years and have found they always attract a lot of attention, including one of my own investment homes, we advertised it in the property guide of the Townsville Bulletin and had 75 interested parties(?) come through and sold the home to a solder in Afganistan who saw it on the internet. Should have saved my pennies on the adds. It just shows the number of people that wanted to live in the area. There is a fair variety of people in this street and in fact the area, the AV Tav has certainly brought new life to the area for those that enjoy a beer and a great meal.
