"GEM OF A STREET"
When you have a moment drive down Rio Vista Way and check out the neighbourhood. The proximity of this Way to all services is great. There is a little pocket in the street that has its own little park and what a great little park it is there are only 6 houses that front this park. So if a home comes on the market in this pocket take a look and be surprised.
