"GREAT LITTLE POCKET"
Moffat street, is one of those streets, that is quiet and friendly, you dont come into the street unless you live there and its proximity to the Av Tav, the Kirwan Tav, the Avenues Shopping centre and all other amenties is gold, houses that come up for sale in the off shoot streets of Preston, Grasmere and Brecon also sell very quick.
