"Narrow, too much development and graffiti."
Church Street, Port Melbourne is a very very narrow thin street, with a lot of graffiti because it quite secluded. While this may sounds like a good thing in terms of seclusion, there is a lot of development going on there, and it is not pleasant at all. There are a few tear down apartments here as well, nothing special at all.
