Reviews of Cider Link, Pakenham
"Cider Link Lakeside"
I previously lived in Narre Warren and Beaconsfield and moved into Lakeside in March 2017 and our experience has been very positive.
The local community is very friendly and there are great services close by within Lakeside, Arena, Cardinia Life, Lifestyle Centre, excellent education facilities, cafés and restaurants all nearby. You don’t have to travel far to access anything. With new infrastructure planned, it is exciting to see the community develop into a hub for thriving business and a great environment to raise a family.
On the whole I feel safe, but there are obviously things that you avoid doing at certain times of the day, in any community you live in nowadays. It’s about being aware of your environment, being friendly with your neighbours and supportive of your local community. I belong to Lakeside Locals
our community Facebook group, which helps to keep me up to date on local issues. Public transport is great, my kids are teenagers and starting to be a lot more independent which is great for them.
It is very peaceful, probably the quietest community I have lived in and being a couple of streets from the lake is a privilege. It truly has a resort-like feel and walking around it is a wonderful way to unwind, relax and be grateful that we have moved to such a lovely place to live. When we moved here, I had recently separated, so the transition has been nothing but positive and very rewarding for myself and my kids.
