"Quiet friendly street in new estate"
Most of the neighbours are friendly. We are close to pakenham hills primary school which is a 5 min walk from here. There is 2 creches about 5 min walk from here. Straight down from the estate is the racecourse and cadinia club about 10 min walk. Main street, railway station, shopping are about the same distance. 10 minutes up the road is thae aquatic centre, football and cricket grounds. Mitre 10 mega is here and bunnings is being built. Westfield is coming soon. We have a big industrial area in the process of being built.
Everything we need is just a short stroll or drive from here.
