"Beautiful and peaceful"

Clifton Springs is a wonderful family oriented suburb where your neighbours are friendly and look out for each other. It is close to amenities and has great schools. The development of shops and businesses in Drysdale is very convenient. The views over the bay are stunning too!

"A secret on the peninsula."

Great schools, near Geelong but just far enough away. Views of the water. Shopping. It's being on holidays every day.

Great for

  • Best safe harbour boat ramp in the area
  • Cost effective housing; buying or renting

"Great family living"

With recent groin works on the foreshore, Clifton Springs has beaches like it did in the 1880's when it was a booming holiday destination. New works to beautify Beacon Point are in the final planning stages which will see the waters edge start to come alive.

Great for

  • Cost effective housing; buying or renting
  • Best safe harbour boat ramp in the area

"Great Town for All Ages - "A Little Hidden Secret""

Hi, my name is Jackie and I have lived in Clifton Springs for 28 years, 2 of those years renting before I purchased my block of land. I have seen this town grow and grow and turn into something very special. Our little town Clifton Springs is a secret garden so to speak. We have fantastic views over the bay, overlooking the You Yangs, Geelong and beyond. Our township has everything you need, but if you require something we can't offer, Geelong is only 20 min's down a main highway. Our beach is not big and probably not what you would call a swimming beach, but kids will find a spot to swim. We have a local swim area called "The Dell" a recreation reserve for all to use with small sandy beach area. If you really want to swim in the surf, Ocean Grove is only a 10 to 15 min's drive. Our pricing in Clifton Springs has been stable for quiet sometime, but in the last year prices have risen considerably. If you are thinking of investing, retiring, buying your first home or just want a holiday location, then Clifton Springs is for you. I urge you to come and see for yourself, "come see what we've got". Our prices will only increase in time to come, so get in quick! Feel free to give me a call, I can tell you more about our lovely area and maybe catch up with you when you come for a visit. Take Care and Drive Safely..........Jackie Webb x

I have dealt with Allpoints in Clifton Springs for many years now and have found their service to be excellant. Jackie is extremely helpful and knows the area like the back of her hand! If you are considering buying in the area I have no hesitation in recommending Jackie Webb, she is honest and reliable...give her a call & see. Goodluck with your house hunting...you couldnt pick a better area to live in, it's just beautiful. CHEERS! Georgie.

"Hidden Treasure on the Bellarine"

This is absolutely true. Clifton Springs has so much to offer yet people still do not realize.

• Bay side living with a median house price of approximately $280,000
• Outstanding boat ramp and marina
• Supermarkets, Banks & all amenities
• Golf Course & Bowls Club
• 6 Schools, 3 Day Care Centres
• 20 minutes to Geelong CBD
• 1 hour and 20 minutes to the Melbourne CBD
• 10 minutes to Ocean Grove, Portarlington and surrounding surf beaches

Clifton Springs and Drysdale retain a cosy small town feel yet is remarkably close to everything. If you are looking for a high quality of life and the perfect to place to either wind down or bring up a family then this is the spot for you.
I live and work locally at CJ Keane & Co Real Estate 5251 2388 and absolutely love the sense of community this hidden treasure has to offer.
