"A nice place for a family"
Clovelly Avenue travels in an East/West direction and is easily accessible to the main shopping precinct on Beach Road ,the beach front itself and Port Noarlunga Primary School & Frieda Corpe Kindergarten. There is a diversity of housing ranging from more modest conventional style homes to near new upmarket homes.Naturally prices vary commensurate to the standard of dwelling in question.Investors & developers are drawn in by the larger allotments whereas owner occupiers appreciate the close proximity of facilities and the lifestyle potential attributed to the beach.Familys with young children are typically attracted to the immediate area for these reasons.
