have to agree with l stephens about this one. We have been renting here for 2 years, never missed a week, the house is clean, tidy, lawns mowed and well presented always. We have had neighbours throw rubbish over our fence, the kids run wild. music and parties of different nations go on all weekend and then you have to clean up after them. some tenants have done the old midnight runner and if the cops turn up for any trouble, its usually too late.internet service is expensive and crappy. Services around here are so so, the buses never run to time so you don't know whether you getting a late bus or one is very early, usually its late. I now drop my daughter and son off at 7-11 shops to catch bus to and from school as my daughter had her school bag stolen off her as she was walking to bus stop in morning. Agents can get stroppy all they like, they just after sale. We are looking at buying in closer to springfield now as this is too dangerous to us.
