"Dont let looks decieve you!"
Me and my family moved here almost 2 years ago and yes neighbours are absolutely lovely, crime in our street has become a very big deal.....was burgled twice in 3 months, neighbours was burgled and there has been a couple car thefts in and around adjoining streets. So no Penrose Cct is a target street for crime.
Besides all that if there was no crime around this street would be lovely place to live with your kids, its very walking distant to local school and public transports.

It's such a shame that this street was affected by burglary. As stated above, if it wasn't for that issue, the street would be lovely, like mine is. The courier mail released the 50 suburbs with the most break and enters recently and RBP wasn't even listed in the top 20! Hopefully this is now getting better, as neither myself nor the friends I've made in this area have had any issues so far in my five years...hope it stays that way too!
In fact most of the crime we hear about these days is from our friends that live on the Gold Coast - hopefully this means times have changed!
