Colac, VIC 3250 is located within the Colac-Otway local government area, part of the Barwon Region in Victoria.

You have the most expensive area of 'old' Colac which is near the lake and botanical gardens. Mid range quiet streets are around Gravesend st area nearer the town end. Elliminyt is 5 minutes up that road and is where the new precinct is. The dodgiest part of town is nicnamed 'The Bronx', but its not that bad. Its the state housing area.
