"Great Place to live with good growth potential"

Corio is a great place to live without having to give up most of your income to mortgage repayments and actually enjoy life. In the past Corio has gotten a bad rap because of its public housing component but as time goes on things are beginning to change. These days I see more and more people buying houses for $200,000+ and doing them up. I am so surprised as to how fantastic they look. It reminds me of the Melbourne area named Mill Park. Once that too was a public housing area but now it is referred to as a well to do suburb. Also as a growth suburb Corio has a lot of potential. It has a major shopping centre and an Airport (Avalon, which will soon become international) not even 10 minutes down the road. There is also a new European style marina being built 15 minutes away which will have loads of attractions including many restaurants. And last but not least Corio is only 30min drive to the Melbourne CBD. This is closer than some outer Melbourne suburbs. So for those of you who are looking to live a debt free life with good capital growth give Corio a look.
