Good street to live in. Reservoir Leisure Centre i son the same street and it is within walking distance to Broadway shops. Very close to bundoora and Northland Shopping centre. Housing prices have gone up. One of my friends has just sold her house which is on this street and she got almost double of what she had paid so the resell value is pretty good

Yeah it is great they are real happy. They live right in front of the Reservoir swimming pools. they loved living there but now they have had baby number two it is too small for them.
Double? In how many years? That's very impressive!
I can't be 100% sure about the years I would say maybe 6?They got almost double although they weren't expecting it. So it was a great outcome for them.

Yeah they are. This means that they are now in a better financial situation and can build their dream home. :-)
I think that almost everywhere in Reservoir the prices have gone up. My parents live in harbury st Reservoir. they bought their 3 bedroom unit 6 years ago for $250K. The one next to them which is exactly the same sold 2 years ago for $450K.
