"Very quiet but so close to public amenities"
College Green area is a quiet , friendly area that is so close to great public services, such as shopping centres (large enough but not too large), schools (private and public), medical facilities, bus service and train (10 minutes walk to train), Entertainment Centre, parks (including dog-off-leash, kids playgrounds, picnic areas), walking/bike tracks around CG and all the way through to Boondall Wetlands and beyond, easy access to highway and only 12 minutes to airport. Daramalan St has only local traffic and kids can play outside without worry. Neighbourhood watch has a good social group and works with local councillor and police.
