"Quiet street, great neighbors"
It has been a pleasure living on Delhi St. Just around the corner from Tucker Road shops and Good Times Milk Bar. Just over 5 minutes walk to Catholic schools and Hodgson Reserve. Woolies is walkable if you want to avoid their crazy parking lot. 15 minutes walk to Patterson station and shops. Neighbors are great and helpful, the kids all play together. Teenagers play footy and cricket in the street because of low traffic. Yes there is one weird house with like 10 dirty slimy kiddie pools in the front yard. Possibly a hoarder??? Neighbors on Aukland Street are great as well.

"Lacklustre & Inconvenient Location"
This is a street that is just an eyesore. Worst is that it's nowhere near the golden triangle (or golden mile) of Bentleigh houses. Try not to buy anything on this street as the location is probably one of the worst in Bentleigh.
Pros
- Nothing good here
Cons
- Streetscape is just ultra bad
- Creepy people living here

"Totally Unappealing"
This is a totally unappealing street. Was driving around here with mum the other day and we just felt an aura of negativity along this street. It's eerily quiet and the paving on the road is bumpy as...

"Short Street - Nothing Special"
Agree with most reviewers. Thank God I'm on London Street, but still, there are good parts of London and not so good parts of London. I have lived here for over 20 years and well, I used to cycle around the area and along Delhi St. This is one of the streets that would give me a tingle down my spine every time I cycle here. It's like one of those streets in a serial killer movie or a supernatural movie or a movie where people get abducted. I cannot pin point this but it has a strange dark energy to it. Just one street away, London St is ok. Feels good and has a good vibe. Auckland is fairly alright. Montreal, yeah alright. Durban is not really my cup of tea. Then you have Delhi, a strange looking short street and connects 4 other streets.
Pros
- Nothing good here
Cons
- Don't walk or cycle here at night....
- Creepy people living here
- Ugly street frontage

"Lacking Character, Kind of Gloomy Street"
I live on Patterson just a short walk to Delhi. It's a dead quiet nook that's not very well lit. Several times, I see dodgy bad tempered neighbours shouting at one another. Not sure why but it's none of my business. This street just does not give me a homely feel. It's a street that's on the depressing side. I am not saying that Patterson Road is that good, yes I know at least 3 neighbours who have sold and moved out of Bentleigh for obvious reasons. But yeah, Delhi and the surrounding streets has a pretty sad vibe. Drive past one day and decide for yourself. Oh, and this part of Bentleigh is quite far from the action (not that there's a lot of action in Bentleigh). Yawn...

Cons
- Depressing pocket
- Lacking warmth and character
