"A great place to live and enjoy life"
An older area in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne, undergoing a transition as younger families move into the area, houses being updated and renovated.
Noted for its own vibrant and diverse shopping presinct, it is also close to other shopping centres/complexes, schools, recreational facilities, public transport and not to far from major access routes for commuting to and from the city or get aways to the peninsula beaches and holiday destinations.
A cosmpolitan atmosphere appeals to all age groups and cultures.
