"The perfect balance"
The best combination of calm/quietness and proximity to the buzz. Step in and relax in the calm and quiet environment, a leafy internal road. Step out and within moments you are close to the biggest malls(Southland) or old style shopping strips(Centre Road) and a variety of eating options. Just 15 kms from the CBD.
The area is surrounded by good kindergartens, primary/secondary schools and clinics/health services. Has plenty of open space and walking strips nearby. On evenings or weekends, you can see parents with children on the bikes/trikes riding on the pavement.
