"Inner city charm"
Cute cottages, so close to the city and north Hobart. Pretty close to Elizabeth College too. Parking is a bit of an issue, so off street parking would be very desirable. Great area.

Looking for a home in Devonshire Square?
"Excellent for families, city workers, so close to all amenities, especially the North Hobart restaurant locale."
A cute relic from the 1800's called a square, it now actuially is a "T" street with the major section one way traffic. Delightful character homes, many now fully restored totally enhancing capital values in a street just 1 klm or a 10 minute walk from the Hobart CBD & famous Salamanca Markets.
