"A little cold, in a valley, but great Locale."
loses sun pretty early, as there is a big hill to the north. Some of the surrounding houses are a bit shabby, but the area has great potential as West Hobart is very much desired.

- It's a very friendly and quiet but not isolated street.

"Friendly, quiet and a short walk from the shops."
Rupara Avenue is a peaceful street surrounded by friendly neighbors, close to shops, parks and Lansdowne Crescent Primary School and Mount Stuart Primary School.
Great for
- It's a very friendly and quiet but not isolated street.
- Close to the shops,parks,schools,North Hobart, the city
- Everything!
