"Short but sweet street"
Dimora Way is a quiet street in the Coolamon Village of Ellenbrook, so close to the Aveley border, you could be forgiven for thinking it was in Aveley.
Residents are mainly families with primary school aged children. Neighbours are friendly and watch out for each other.
Holy Cross College, Ellen Stirling Primary School and Ellenbrook Secondary college are all within 1km of the street.
With larger than average block sizes, homes are also bigger than average for Ellenbrook with plenty of room for side access to yards and swimming pools. Homes are 4/5 bedroom properties and typically rent for $450-$500 per week.
