"So close your kids can walk to school!"
Everard Avenue is located in the Charlottes Vineyard Village of Ellenbrook.
Opposite Arbor Grove Primary School on the oval side, it can be very busy during school pick up and drop off times with parents picking up their kids and using the park area on the oval side of the street. Everard Avenue has easy access to the new Tonkin Highway extension as well as into Bunnings & Ellenbrook Town Centre.
Public transport Buses are available at the eastern end of the street and it is possible to walk to the shops in the Ellenbrook Town Centre from here.
