"Easy access to everywhere, your right in the middle of everything"
Close to Perth, Easy to get to the freeway to go North or South, just follow Morley Drive to get to the beach to head East Midland is just around the corner.
Public Transport is great, jump on a bus to get to morley or get off at the Train Station to go to Midland or Perth.
Like wine? your just a rocks throw from the swan valley
plenty of parks and recreation centre close by (pool, gym, ovals)
plenty of schools in the area (Private and State)
