Best Hairdresser at Westfield Shoppingtown?

Lattouf in Doncaster....BEWARE!!! Kleo was amazing! Shame about the poor customer service of the owners who are interested more in dollars rather than service.
I was quoted over the phone & overcharged on the day. On questioning owner on completion, they shot employee in foot and blamed her for ‘not knowing what she was talking about’ when quoting.
I would have much preferred they were honest and told me Kleo made mistake but instead made their staff look like the fool.
I called Kleo to advise and she said she was deeply sorry & would provide feedback and asked if owner could call me back to respond. It’s been 3 days and no response. I would definitely see Kleo again but refuse to support the owners with this disgusting attitude!
Shame....

If there is any negative rating then I would give it to Lattouf's owner who does not seem have quality experience in hair cutting and above all no customer service. He does not appreciate the cost of very bad hair cut. I'm questioning if he ever had a proper training , he needs to go back to school and learn.

I desperately need my hair done this Saturday and Annalisa at Inigo is fully booked. Any other recommendations by anyone . It HAS to be this Saturday

Ok Leelee I made an appointment at Inigo with Annalise. I'm a little nervous as I am with new hairdressers so I hope she is as good as you say. I will be getting blonde foils and a trim. Wish me luck : )

Inigo are not a franchise. I am made to feel welcome like an old friend each time I go for a cut, cut and colour or blowdry. Speaking of which I need to book an appointment myself this week.

Are Indigo a franchise like Lattouff ? because I find that the standard is much lower with franchise salons

Time to go to the hairdressers again so I might give Indigo a go , let you know how I go : )

With hairdressers I find they are fabulous when you are a new client but seem to not pay as much attention after you've been a few more times. Do they realise there are lots more to choose from and we can take our money elsewhere whenever we want ? Hair is not cheap especially when you get colour every 6-8 weeks.

Indigo Haircutters are very resonable I have found personally. I can't quote on their prices but maybe give them a call to ask for a rough estimate on what you would like done. Closed Mondays however but do late nights on a Wed and Thurs I think?

I'm not crazy about Lattouf and have had a few bad experiences there : ( Too many staff, not all with the same experience and too busy especially on a Saturday, getting colour and cut can sometimes take up to 5 hours ! It's so much easier for guys, most of you can just shave your heads and look good...... or can you : ) ?

I might try Indigo Haircutters, thanks Leelee are they very expensive ?

If only you posted yesterday afternoon! I would have given them a try :)

I guess it's not that far from your HQ, just opposite Safeways, next door to La Porchetta I think? I know their prices are resonable for the girls and sure to be for the guys!

Thanks for the heads up, it's actually right near Richmond where StreetAdvisor HQ is, so I think next time I might give it a go (which in my case will be about 3 weeks because my hair grows so fast!)

Female and male friends that I have recommended comment that Annalisa does an outstanding job.

So last night I took the plunge, and decided with Lattouf. Nice staff, very friendly, and I think they did a good job of my hair...I think :) I think I might make it my regular new hairdresser.
