Hello again, I'm a local agent selling primarily across Donvale so I'm pleased to be able to answer your question, Vish. Lisbeth Ave has a variety of different properties on varying land sizes and some are on blocks which are heavily sloped with a lot of unusable land. Pricing is also determined by the home and it's age and condition. The latest sale in the street was actually a record price at $1.33m at number 84 which sold in July this year.
