"Great street and only geting better"
A very narrow street that is quite close to the city, and to be honest is built around location. St Vincent Gardens is just around the corner, the beach is only a short walk away, and it's great for public transport. There are some nice new townhouses being built and this is one to watch out for in a couple of years.
