"Silent and peaceful"
A cul-de-sac which is very small. It has gentle slope mainly used for residential.A mix of lot sizes in other streets. Public transport is good choice
Shops and services are mostly at walking distance. Open spaces are limited and beyond walking distance. Parking signs are very visible. On street parking is quite important
Predominant species of trees are prunus, paperbark, brushbox, plane, etc. Fence is medium and made of mixed materials.
Has Victorian and Edwardian mansions, they are very large and buildings generally have a high heritage value. It has moderate vegetation
