"A good street close to amenities"
My relatives live in this area and they all like it. Also the house price in this area is affordable. Most houses are around 15 years old. There are some new houses as well. It is closer to Keilor Plains railway station. They are building a Railway bridge in Taylors Rd to improve the traffic. There are buses taking children to good schools like Overnewton, Penleigh Essendon, etc.
