Sorry your question is not dated so not sure if you still need help.
Being a child-friendly suburb, there are lots of childcare centres in Eltham, depending on where you want to live.
In my area (Edendale), there are about 4 centres that I know of; however, you have to put in applications at least a year or 6 months in advance to get a place.
