Does it have a progressive mindset?
I want Greenery and was looking at Dandenong ranges, Belgrave etc but feel
It is too far for my teen daughter.
My partner is a POC and we feel it is a very white area and are used to inner city multicultural open minded areas, but we are sick of hustle and bustle.
The worst thing for my partner would be to experience racism, as he copped so much in PS its scarred him for life.
