I agree. 2 years ago, it wasn't like that. But in comes the bogan and they seem to have a preference for german shepards. BARKERS they are.

There is one about 15 min out of Eltham, if your thinking of bringing your family and dogs to Eltham, skip it, there are hundreds of barking dogs that go all day and night, there is NEVER a minutes peace, we have been here for two months and are moving out. It seems every lazy and irresponsible dog owner resides in Eltham.
