"Small Quiet - Finchley Court"
Emerging on the Wattle Road, this Cul-De-Sac is gifted due to close ness of popular Gleferrie road. Although it has easy access to the Glenferrie road services, shop, and transport, it does not have much traffic flowing through due to its dead end feature. Wattle road it self is a narrow street, creating a contrast in scale with its larger houses and institutional buildings.
40 km/hr is the limit on Glenferrie Road at all times. Noticeable multi dwelling developments in around the area given the proximity to popular Swinburne University. Dominant poles and wires
On street parking is an important feature. Wattle road has minimal trees .Major trees in areas are prunus, pin oak, etc. Other vegetation is dense
