Do you get any of the trouble come up from Zillmere in the fitzgibbon/carseldine area?

At first when I moved to Fitzgibbon Chase in 2012 it was fine, but as more low-cost development is being built, things are changing. More low income earners are moving in to cheap rentals, so not a week goes by without the Police being called to the area at least once.

Lived in Fitzgibbon for 3 years and always felt safe - we lived in Caribou Crescent and the neighbours were always watching each others houses etc. Never any trouble with crime.

I really enjoyed living in Fitzgibbon, I always felt safe to run at night by myself and often passed mums with bubs & people walking their dogs. I once accidently left my garage door open and I came home to a post it note on the internal door that read "Hope you don't mind, I pushed the button (to shut the roller door) when I noticed no one was home, have a nice day". I know what you mean about Zillmere and I have never felt like that in Fitzgibbon.

Carseldine and Fitzgibbon are pretty nice areas. I have never seen/heard of any gangs or crime like in Zillmere. I am sure that some of the people who cause trouble in Zillmere cause it elsewhere but not as bad as it is in Zillmere. Bridgeman Downs is ok too if you wanted to go further.
