"So close to everything!"
I love living in Bassendean. Neighbours are so friendly, everyone says hello when you go for a walk and it is so close to everything. 15 minutes to South Perth, less to the city and so close to the Swan Valley! It's fab. There's been a lot of bad press lately but it doesn't reflect the true feel of Bassendean. There are some bad bits but that exists in every suburb. It's a great place to raise a family!
