Good area in Gold Coast for retires who don't want to drive

Which area would you suggest? e.g. close to amenities, reliable public transport, restaurants, supermarkets, zumba, Catholic Church, medical facilities, safe for early morning jogging with level walking tracks, beach good for swimming but not surfing , no air b n b parties, community atmosphere , Low bogan or tourist population - on residential or medium density zone.
