My mothers unit block has been sold. It will be demolished.
Does she need to clean and meet entry report? Will she automatically get all her bond back no matter the state of it? I ask as removalists and cleaning will be at our cost as she is low income/frail. Saving money for us is priority if its not required to be cleaned
