Too move to Queensland, or not to move?

Gold Coast Region is located in the state of Queensland.

We are a family of 4, one a teacher, the other a childcare worker. Wheres the best place to find this kind of work, and raise the family? Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast ? Any advice would be appreciated, looking for a change in lifestyle. Currently living in Newcastle.
