It has gentle slope mainly used for residential . Goodall Street has mainly large lots
Public transport is good choice. Shops and services are mostly at walking distance
Open spaces are limited and beyond walking distance. Parking signs are very visible
On street parking is quite important. Predominant species of trees are prunus, paperbark, brushbox, plane, etc. Fence is medium and made of mixed materials. Has Victorian and Edwardian mansions, they are very large and buildings generally have a high heritage value
