Grundy Terrace is a great alternative if the Esplanade is out of your price range.It runs from Gulfview Road across the back of the Caravan Park where it joins Sydney Crescent,then continues back along to Beach Road ,parallel to the Esplanade the entire way.There are multiple access points and walkways through to the waterfront ,and it is all pretty easy terrain to travel across. In some spots you can even grab a slice of a sea view, though these positions are tightly held, highly sought and naturally expensive by comparison.Like much of Christies Beach there is a great diversity of dwelling styles from older beach shacks to elaborate new upmarket homes and everything in between.The immediate area has been on the developers and investors radar for some time so home owners often encounter strong competition when something pops up on the market.
