"Close to Glenferrie - Mawwahhh"
Much like Kent Street, Guest Street is just on the other side of Glenferrie road and still connects Manningtree Road and Burwood Road. Slopes are gentle on the Landscape.
Housing is predominantly detached double fronted Victorian houses. These streets run close to burwood road and glenferrie road and hence they are many times used to bypass traffic. On street parking by residents and visitors to institutions and commercial areas. You can see trees in like paperback, pin oak etc. Less than 5 meter setback. Vegetation is moderate in the area including few canopy trees.
