"This little street is noisy!! Be careful."
I live on Harwood Street. Building across the street is a "party" building, exclusively full of transient people, often many crammed into each apartment, partying a lot on the balcony needless to mention music blasting all the time.
I think the face of Pyrmont changes dramatically for the better as you get closer to water.
