"Expensive inner city fringe location"
Years again growing up in this suburb i remember old run down properties, barbed wire fences, small townhouses and crime. Nowadays Pyrmont has the casino and darling harbour only another 5 minutes walk away.
I looked into moving back to sydney and went around looking for homes in Pyrmont although the price for the size home you get seems so over priced for what you get in return.
Over all most of Sydney seems very expensive and what much prefer buying in QLD or VIC
