Good areas in GC for a family moving from the uk?
Helensvale, QLD 4212 is located within the Gold Coast local government area, part of the Gold Coast Region in Queensland.
Looking for advice from people on areas in the GC. Ideally north, incase hubs needs to travel to Brissy for work. We are moving from the UK. Very nervous as its a big move and we have two young kids 3&4 year old. So safe areas?(I understand crime happens everywhere)! Somewhere with good schools. Heard Helensvale is good? We did visit there and we loved the look of the area but would love locals opinions. Anybody moved from the UK and find it easy to settle? Thank you

Helensvale is good but dont discount Oxenford on western side of highway ,very sought after by locals ,also has a great primary school .Probably easier access to M1 as well
