Waterfront homes near Parkwater Terrace and The Peninsula.

Do these streets in Monterey Keys have a problem with bad smells on the waterfront?

We have owned a home in the peninsula for 3.5 years and have had no issues with smells. We directly on salt water creek and this creek is tidal and flows well so no stagnant smells .
