What is train like from Helensvale to Brisbane? Seats?

Even in peak hour?

I have a family member that travels from Helensvale every morning, she catches the the 6.30ish train and gets a seat most days.

Does anyone know if this is still the case in 2017? What happens if you get a later train such as 7:30AM ?
