"A rapidly developing neighbourhood on the road to the beach"
Busy Henley Beach Road is lined with shops, restaurants and pubs. It is rapidly developing in to a busy and popular residential area, as the street races to catch up with the booming suburb of Mile End.
Situated just 10 minutes from the CBD and 10 minutes from Henley Beach, it is a great spot for lifestyle. It is just an easy commute to work, and hitting the beach (whether for a swim or at least a long walk) before or after work is easily manageable. There are lots of public transport options here too.
Close to the huge home-owners centre of Mile End, it is a good spot for first home owners to buy and renovate. Prices are still quite reasonable in this area.
